La Casa de Marcelo Barcelona is a private and intimate Guest-house located in a beautiful XIX.th century building in the Borne district in Barcelona. This neighbourhood is the heart of one of the oldest and liveliest areas of the city. With a bunch of small restaurants, trendy boutiques, bars and cafés, it is home to many artists, architects and designers.

The Borne district is the perfect place to stay in Barcelona. The beaches of La Barceloneta are an easy 15 minutes walk, the Gothic Quarter with its beautiful XV.th century cathedral and las Ramblas, are within 10 to 15 mins by foot. The Picasso museum is less than 5 minutes walk away, as well as the splendid early Gothic church, St Mary Star of the Sea.


In a personal and intimate atmosphere with some period furniture,
only 5 double guest bedrooms and your own access to the house,
Marcelo looks forward welcoming you to his house.

1 . The bank information you provide, is required only to insure your stay.
     
2 . Upon arrival, please pay your whole stay with us in cash. We do not accept any credit cards.
3 . You will have your own keys and a 20 € guarantee deposit is required, refundable when you return your keys.
4 . In case you cancel your stay, please let us know at least one week in advance; no charge will be made.
5 . People under the age of 18 will be allowed only if they are accompanied by, at least, one adult parent, legally responsible and are under this parent's entire responsability.
6 . None smoking house except exterior common balcony.
